3M 6000 Series Respirator Facepiece

The 3M 6000 Series Respirator (polypropylene - grey) is a NIOSH approved half-mask respirator that is adaptable to a wide range of respiratory protection. Its low maintenance comfortable design allows greater worker flexibility by the use of different types of cartridges and filters or air-tubes for a variety of work environments. Cartridges are simply twisted on or off the facepiece for easy replacement, which allows the facepiece to be used over and over. The facepiece is easy to clean and is supplied with a storage bag.

3M 6800 Series Full Face Respirator

This respirator is a lightweight, balanced respirator. It has a soft, lightweight facepiece material, three facepiece sizes and easy-to-adjust headstraps allow maximum comfort. This mask requires only limited maintenance time. Just clean as directed between uses. No retainers of extra parts are required to attach filters, cartridges or dual airline. NIOSH approved.

3M 7500 Series Respirator Facepiece

This is a durable half facepiece made of thermo set silicone rubber to withstand harsh environments. The 7500 is designed for a long life and lasts best with a regular maintenance programme. The new 3M cool flow exhalation valve design makes breathing easier, reduced heat and moisture build up on the facepiece and provides cool, dry comfort. The soft-seal design provides the maximum comfort available in a half facepiece. The silicone material is soft and pliable and does not degrade over time with exposure to harsh environments. You can also convert the mask to a drop down, and it can be used with the 3M Dual Airline system.

The 7800 premium full face piece silicone has a large face shield for excellent visibility with a scratch resistant polycarbonate lens. It features a speaking diaphragm for easy, clear communications.

3M 6051 Organic Vapour Cartridge

(Previously 6001)

This cartridge, when used with 6000 and 7000 Series facepieces, provides respiratory protection from certain organic vapors with boiling points >65ºC at concentrations up to 10 times the exposure standard with half facepieces or 50 times exposure standard with full facepieces.

3M 6057 Organic Vapour & Acid Gas Cartridge

(Previously 6003)

This cartridge, when used with 6000 and 7000 series facepieces, provides respiratory protection from certain organic vaporswith boiling points >65ºC ,inorganic gases such as Chlorine, and acid gases such as Sulfur Dioxide at concentrations up to 10 times the exposure standard with half facepieces or 50 times exposure standard with full facepieces.

3M 6054 Ammonia &

Methylamine Cartridge

This cartridge, when used with 6000 and 7000 series facepieces, provides respiratory protection from ammonia and methylamine at concentrations up to 10 times the exposure standard with half facepieces or 50 times exposure standard with full facepieces.

3M 6075 Organic Vapour & Formaldehyde Cartridge

 (Previously 6005)

The 3M™ Cartridge Filter 6075B is capable of providing protection against organic vapours with boiling points >65ºC and formaldehyde at levels up to ten (10) times the Exposure Standard on a half face mask and up to fifty (50) times the Exposure Standard on a full face mask OR up to a maximum of 1000ppm whichever is lower.
