Item Notes: 3M RITE-LOK Anaerobic Adhesives are single component engineering adhesives that cure in the absence of air and in the presence of metal. Products are available for threadsealing, threadlocking, pipe and hydraulic joint sealing, retaining of cylindrical parts and gasketing.

TL22 RITE-LOK Threadlocker
Prevents vibration and seals threaded parts. Low removal torque makes TL22 especially suitable for small parts (<6mm), locking brass or other soft metal fasteners and where regular disassembly is envisaged.
TL43 RITE-LOK Threadlocker
Formulated to lock all nuts and bolts preventing vibration loosening and leakage. Slightly oil tolerant but best results are with clean parts.
 TL62 RITE-LOK Threadlocker
Formulated to lock all nuts and bolts preventing vibration loosening and leakage. The thixotropic nature of the product prevents run off, dripping and migration after assembly. TL62 is a lubricating formula to aid assembly.
TL77 RITE-LOK Threadlocker
Formulated to lock all nuts and bolts preventing vibration loosening and leakage. The thixotropic nature of the product prevents run off, dripping and migration after assembly.
TL90 RITE-LOK Threadlocker
Formulated with a very low viscosity to wick into pre-assembled parts. Also ideal for removing porosity in cast parts and welded joints. Fluoresces under UV light.
RT01 RITE-LOK Retaining Compound
A retaining compound formulated for bonding cylindrical parts to give high strength bonds. Typical applications include bonding gears onto shafts. RT01 is designed to augment strength of interface fit and press for assemblies. Once applied, parts slip together easily, lubricated by the adhesive.
RT20G RITE-LOK Retaining Compound
A retaining compound formulated for bonding cylindrical parts to give high strength bonds. RT20G augments the strength of slip fit assemblies. Also ideal for use on loose fitting or worn parts where larger gap fill is required. Ideal for high temperature applications.
 RT80 RITE-LOK Retaining Compound
Locks keys and splines. Eliminates backlash in worn assemblies. Bonds rotors to shafts in small motors. Locks bushings and sleeves in housings and onto shafts. Augments press fits.
PS77 RITE-LOK Pipe Sealant
A pipe sealant designed to lock and seal medium and coarse, straight and tapered pipe threads on pipe diameter 15mm to 80mm. Prevents vital loosening and leakage through the pipe threads.
GM10 RITE-LOK Gasket Maker
A form-in-place gasket maker designed for use on rigid metal flanges. Ideal for high temperature applications.
GM18 RITE-LOK Gasket Maker
A form-in-place gasket maker designed for use on dissimilar rigid metal flanges and surfaces, ie. gearbox casings, machinery covers and pump housings.
AC64 RITE-LOK Primer
Primer for use with anaerobic adhesives.
